Hi and welcome to my website. The site is designed to showcase my work, act as getting to know me tool and give you an opportunity to order fine art prints if you see something you like. My work also encompasses wedding and portrait photography. I have recently teamed up with Graphistudio in Italy and now can offer their breathtaking wedding book as part of my wedding packages. I specialise in reportage style weddings and location lifestyle portraits, festival and event photography and I also undertake photo restoration work.
I graduated as a mature student in 2004 from the University of Central Lancashire with a BA Hons in Photography, also in 2004 I was a major prizewinner (2nd) in the Towergate/Camerasure Fine Art competition organised by the British Institute of Professional Photography. I became a Licentiate member of the BIPP in 2005, and was a runner up in the 2007 Fine Art Competition.
I have exhibited in Manchester, London, Doncaster, Cumbria and Preston and have had my work published in various publications relating to tourism, Peace Campaigns and sport. I have also curated exhibitions, most notably for Grizedale Arts in Cumbria.
My time is divided between Surrey where I am now based, and Cumbria where I previously lived for 16 years but still visit on a regular basis to undertake commissioned work, weddings etc, so travel is not really an issue should you wish to use my services.
